Thank you for using ListKaro. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, subscriptions, and refunds for services offered through the ListKaro platform.

1. General Policy

ListKaro is a marketplace platform for buying, selling, and renting properties and vehicles. Most features are available free of charge. If paid services such as premium listings or subscription plans are introduced, this policy will apply.

2. Cancellation

• Users may cancel any subscription or recurring plan at any time through the respective payment platform (such as Google Play).
• Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not affect the remaining validity of the current subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

• Payments made for premium services, featured listings, promotional plans, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
  • Duplicate payment for the same service.
  • Payment deducted but the purchased service was not activated.
  • Any other case where a refund is required under applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the purchased service.
• Removal or expiry of a listing due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• User dissatisfaction unrelated to a technical issue caused by ListKaro.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
