Welcome to ListKaro. By downloading, accessing, or using the ListKaro application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ListKaro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About ListKaro

ListKaro is an online marketplace that enables users to buy, sell, and rent properties and vehicles. ListKaro only provides a platform to connect buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and dealers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information while registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Listing Rules

Users may post only genuine property and vehicle listings.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Post prohibited or fraudulent advertisements.
• Misrepresent ownership or pricing.

ListKaro reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice if it violates these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all listings.
• Communicate respectfully with other users.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

6. Payments

If any paid services, subscriptions, or promotional plans are introduced, all applicable charges will be displayed before purchase.

Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Property & Vehicle Verification

ListKaro does not verify the ownership, legality, quality, condition, or authenticity of properties or vehicles listed on the platform.

Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before entering into any transaction.

8. Third-Party Transactions

All negotiations and transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

ListKaro is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes
• Fraudulent activities
• Property or vehicle conditions
• Delivery or ownership disputes

9. Location Services

With your permission, ListKaro uses your device's location while the app is in use to display nearby listings and improve your experience.

Location is not accessed in the background.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, software, and content belonging to ListKaro are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the application without prior written permission.

11. Suspension or Termination

ListKaro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Harasses other users.
• Misuses the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

ListKaro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not liable for:

• Any financial loss.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Data loss.
• Fraud by third parties.
• Disputes between users.
• Errors or interruptions in service.

Your use of ListKaro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
